Pro Lab Thermo Fire has chosen their words carefully.
On one hand, Pro Labs hope you will focus on Thermo Fire’s powerful thermogenic fat burning. On the other, Pro Labs also mention “preliminary research” associated with evodiamine an ingredient that reduces fat uptake in mice, meaning that any studies are probably in their early stages–and on rodents!
Here are the Thermo Fire claims:
• Rev up your body’s energy metabolism!
• Crank up the heat and start incinerating fat!
• Reduce fat production!
• Decrease digestion of dietary fat!
Let’s look at the whole formula (not just evodiamine) to decide Thermo Fire’s effectiveness.
Does Thermo Fire “Crank Out the Heat”?
Aside from the focus on the “preliminary studies” associated with evodiamine, Thermo Fire has a diverse assortment of some of the strongest fat burners in the industry–or at least the fat burners that have the strongest scientific evidence to back them up.
Take Green Tea for example, which has literally been through hundreds of clinical studies. About half of those studies focused on the antioxidant benefits, while others remained primarily on the thermogenic fat burning benefits mostly associated with the caffeine content in Thermo Fire. Green tea is indisputably a healthy way to increase metabolism and burn more fat.
Thermo Fire follows this up with Advantra-Z, a patented version of synephrine, which seems to promote many of the same benefits as ephedra without the risks that we worry about. Thermo Fire has ingredients as basic as caffeine anhydrous, which is a thermogenic fat burner any of us can recognize.
So Why Focus on “Preliminary Studies”
Hundreds of diet pills have already focused on studies surrounding green tea. As legitimate as those studies may be, we’ve been there, done that, heard that before. On the other hand, anything new (like evodiamine)–even if the evidence is not nearly as strong–is bound to sound more exciting to the average dieter.
The other thing to take note of is the fact that evodiamine is completely stimulant free making it again more appealing to the average consumer who is sick of stimulants and the associated side effects.
Make no mistake, we do believe that evodiamine is probably a good stimulant free fat burner. We just don’t see why Thermo Fire would make it the primary focus considering the fact that it does not have as much clinical backing as something like green tea.
Possible Thermo Fire Side Effects
If you suffer from anxiety, stay away from Thermo Fire. The same is true if have heart disease, high blood pressure or heart arrhythmia. Thermo Fire is high in stimulants and can cause rapid heart beat, extreme anxiety, headaches, stomach distress, irritability and dizziness.
ALWAYS run a diet pill like Thermo Fire by your physician if you have a history if illness.
For the rest of you–you could EXPECT TO SWEAT!
Is Thermo Fire the Right Thermogenic Fat Burner for You?
Thermo Fire uses clinically proven fat burners. We found that it also offers approximately half of the clinically proven dosage amounts that you need to render most of these ingredients effective enough to get the job done.
Nobody has ever really tested the benefits associated with just 189mg of green tea. Studies generally use at least 400mg.
Bottom line–we don’t think Thermo Fire is powerful enough for the average overweight user–and probably too powerful for someone sensitive to stimulants!
