Garcinia Cambogia is a South Indian fruit that helps control obesity by inhibiting lipolysis. Coleus Forskolhii helps you burn fat, preserves muscles, and improves your thyroid function.
Guarana is a natural source of caffeine that can boost your metabolism and give you more energy.
The other ingredients like Poria Cocos, Trigonella Foenum Graecum, Cyamopsis Gum, Marumi Kumgurat, Porphyra are just filler ingredients that don’t help you with weight loss whatsoever.
