Hi5 AstraSlim may not be an infomercial weight loss wonder here to blast away your fat, but it is the next biggest thing. Hi5 AstraSlim is an MLM weight loss supplement designed to replace at least 1 of your major meals every day in order to help you to cut calories and therefore lose more weight.
How Does Hi5 AstraSlim Do This?
Hi5 AstraSlim uses a blend of essential nutrients including whey protein (which is rich in healthy amino acids) and essential vitamins and minerals. This may not make sense at first. After all, couldn’t you just eat a healthy bowl of cereal or eat more fruits and vegetables? Technically you could and it would have a similar effect (cutting your daily calorie intake).
However, Hi5 AstraSlim is specially designed and formulated to be especially low in calories with extremely high concentrations of nutrients for the amount you are actually drinking. In other words, it’s like having a superfood that you’ve never actually heard of in a cup. You cannot get a full spectrum of nutrients in high amounts like this with so few calories in any food that we know of.
Hi5 AstraSlim focuses specifically on proteins, because proteins are rich in muscle and metabolism healthy amino acids and because proteins are more filling for the human body. After looking at the ingredients list, Hi5 AstraSlim seems to be exactly what a meal shake should be.
Why You Might Not Buy Hi5 AstraSlim
Taste is one of the more obvious reasons why some choose not to use products you have to drink, even if they can help you to lose weight. However, the cost can also be prohibitive, costing you $200 to $1000 every month (mostly because Hi5 is a MLM company, providing small payouts if you sell to people around you), and it is not a fat burner that might increase your metabolism or for that matter a diet plan that uses foods that you can find in your grocery store.
It can get monotonous, and it typically costs quite a bit more than what people are used to spending on regular groceries.
Hi5 AstraSlim Side Effects
Based on what we have seen so far and the research we have at our disposal, Hi5 AstraSlim does not seem to have any innately dangerous ingredients. Naturally, allergies are possible, and to be on the safe side, we would not recommend this to pregnant or nursing mothers, those with eating disorders, or patients with heart conditions or other health conditions.
Should You Give Hi5 AstraSlim a Try?
Hi5 AstraSlim uses ingredients that make sense for the approach it takes. It is after all a meal replacement, and there are plenty of full diet plans (like Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem which typically take over your entire diet plan with structured meal replacements).
Yes, it helps most to lose weight fast (if you are replacing 1 to 2 meals per day with Hi5 AstraSlim). How long do you plan to keep on doing this though? It’s not a practical plan for most people, especially if it ends up with you not liking the taste or getting sick of drinks instead of food.
The bottom line is that Hi5 AstraSlim charges as much as or more than a lot of diet plans that give you 3 square (food based) meals per day, and it is just as unsustainable in the long run, especially if you want to live a fairly normal life (including nights out, vacations, etc.).
