Chili Burn Review

Created by a Danish company, Chili Burn limits sales largely to Canada, in part because some of the advertising is a little bit questionable. Chili Burn is one of a few products brazen enough to suggest that you can lose weight without diet and exercise.

As you may know, the United States Free Trade Commission has had a field day with claims such as this. Why though? The answer is simple: there is no way to lose weight without any diet or exercise, if you’re healthy that is.

How Does Chili Burn Justify This Claim?

Chili Burn relies mostly on one ingredient: chili powder, claiming that this one ingredient can significantly increase fat burning. Moreover, Chili Burn describes its formula as being completely stimulant-free.

Both of these statements are technically true. Technically, chili powder does create a stimulant-free thermogenic fat burning effect, but there are certain ways in which these statements are not true. For starters, chili is not side-effect free. Because of the spicy taste, this ingredient can cause indigestion and heartburn for starters. However, the biggest discrepancy is with weight loss.

Unfortunately, clinical studies have only ever shown that chili powder can promote mild thermogenic fat-burning effects. These calorie-burning benefits hardly make up for the lack of a healthy diet and exercise program. In fact, even those who are on a healthy diet and exercise plan may not notice a significant difference. If this were the only ingredient, we would have a serious problem. However, there are other ingredients to consider.

Chili Burn – The Other Ingredients

While most of the ingredients in Chili Burn have nothing to do with weight loss, we find it ironic that the one other weight loss ingredient in Chili Burn is more powerful than chili (the key ingredient). Green Tea has literally been through hundreds of clinical studies showing that this ingredient can increase metabolism, burn fat, and even improve heart health with natural antioxidants.

However, there is one little problem that makes a huge difference. Chili Burn does not have the clinically proven amounts of green tea. Chili pepper’s effects are virtually unnoticeable if you don’t know what you’re looking for. However, if Chili Burn had 400mg of green tea, most subjects would definitely see measurable differences in their weight loss.

Chili Burn Side Effects

As already mentioned, chili powder may cause heartburn and indigestion, especially when taken in large amounts.

In addition to this, Green tea contains Caffeine, a stimulant that can result in feelings of anxiety and nervousness, headache, stomachache, nausea, and shakiness.

Is Chili Burn Worth the Risks?

We will give Chili Burn enough credit to say that this product might have the clinically proven amounts of chili powder. However, the fat burning effects are nominal at best. This blend definitely does not have the clinically proven 400mg of green tea, and there are definitely potential side-effects.

Even though you may see health benefits, we doubt that you will see any weight loss benefits. Since the side-effects are relatively mild, however, we think that it is safe to try.
