7-DDP Review

Technically, both a detox and a fat burner, 2 sides which make up the 7-DDP coin, are supposed to work toward the same end: helping you to lose weight. However, unlike appetite suppressants and fat burners or muscle builders and fat burners, detoxes and fat burners don’t usually mix, at least not in one pill. 7-DDP is one of the few that does not separate the two, which we now suspect may be just another way of making more money.

Can You Combine a Cleanse & Fat Burner?

We see no logical reason why not. Companies combine different approaches to weight loss all the time, and most end up with a better diet pill capable of more weight loss, because it is more diverse.

In this case, there are some who would argue that the cleansing ingredients might flush out all of the fat burners, making those ingredients ineffective. That theory has never actually been verified or proven. On the contrary, most find that using a cleanser followed by a fat burner typically makes the fat burner more potent and faster than it would have been before that.

Does 7-DDP Do This?

Objectively speaking, 7-DDP has plenty of clinically proven ingredients of both types. It has healthy cleansers such as dandelion root and uva ursi as well as plenty of natural fat burners such as African mango, which has been through human clinical trials that have test subjects losing an average of about 28 pounds in 10 weeks when the placebo group only lost an average of 1.5!

7-DDP uses a newly recognized blend of olive, alchemilla vulgaris, cuminum cyminum, and menta longifolia, ingredients which only promote proven weight loss benefits when all 4 are there. On their own, these ingredients don’t even begin to help you to lose weight. However, there are multiple studies that show that this mix could be better than ephedra (and a whole lot safer).

What Are the Side Effects?

It is possible that some may experience side effects. It’s a possibility with any supplement, especially if you are sensitive to one of the ingredients. The most common side effects we’ve heard of associated with these ingredients are diarrhea, headaches, and dark waste, because the body is being cleansed and detoxified. However, these side effects also seem to be extremely temporary.

Risk Vs. Rewards

7-DDP uses ingredients have been through human clinical trials that show that 7-DDP has both clinically proven fat burners and cleansers. There is no reason that we are currently aware of why 7-DDP should not help you to lose more weight.

In fact, based on products we have seen before using either one of these approaches or either one of the two blends found in 7-DDP, we would think that 7-DDP would be outstanding. The consumer reviews we have read so far do seem to match what we would expect.

Based on all of this, we do think that the risks are relatively low with few and temporary side effects, and it has what could be strong weight loss benefits. 7-DDP seems to be off on the right foot, and we do expect to see products with the same idea popping up all over the place within the next 10 years.
